Pecans are Done!

I am happy to say that this pan of pecans is now ready to toast and eat. Pecans are notoriously tough to shell so I was more than a little pleased to get so many perfect halves.

    Wow, who would ever have thought pecans would just be there for the picking! You could have waffles with pecan maple syrup. Yum yum PS It looks really warn down there! alison
