What's for Dinner?

We had a tasty dinner tonight -- pinto bean patties on soft, seeded baguette "rolls" with all the fixings, including a tahini/lemon/garlic sauce; sliced avocado and orange bell pepper; no-oil oven fries. There were tall glasses of iced tea to drink, and cold, juicy watermelon for dessert. That well-dressed burger in the second photo belongs to Bruce. He's a ketchup kind of guy.
