In yesterday's mail I received a copy of The McDougall Quick & Easy Cookbook -- a gift from Judy. (Thank you, Judy!) She gave herself a copy, too. We are going to have a recipe challenge, working our way through the book, in random order, from breakfast through desserts . The first recipe has been selected and will be appearing here soon.
