What's for Dinner?

Okra from the garden (a solitary green bean shares the plate)...

Simmered with cabbage, yellow summer squash, sweet red pepper, scallions, garlic, and a bit of tomato sauce left from last night's meal...

Served over organic brown rice, with a shake of crushed red pepper flakes for kick. Mmmmmm!
