What's for Dinner? 6/11/10

(no oil) Stir-fried veggies, including okra and green beans from the garden.

Served over udon noodles with a Chinese brown sauce and a garnish of toasted sesame seeds.

A little heat to add on the side.

A fruit cup of blackberries, peaches, and banana.
